“For me the most important is that you stay fit. I didn’t do any sport after giving birth for 8 years. Staying active improves the quality of life.”

It’s really good for a person and what the Masters Games does it brings it to a whole new level, now we can travel and experience this with other people and see what that can do yor you in your latter years.”
